Material transportation can be ordered from the National Repository Library, which invoices the transferring library for Posti’s freight charges and a time-based service fee as of 1 March 2026.

The minimum service fee (1 hour) is €51.70 (VAT 0%) / €64.88 (VAT 25.5%).

You can also arrange transportation yourself. If the library arranges the transfer of the material itself, no service fee is charged. Also self-arranged transfers must always be reported to the National Repository Library.

We will send the parcel labels to the email address specified in the order; the sender will print them and attach them to the shipment. If the shipment contains several boxes, they should be packed on a pallet. Attach address labels to the adjacent sides of the pallet.
